Sealed quotes will be received by the Department of Procurement, until 2:00 p.m., November 4th, 2021 and then opened at that time by the Procurement Staff for the following project:

Quote # 21-49-1 – Harrison Ave Driveway and Sidewalk

This Quote package is available online at http://www.stpgov.org/ . It is the Vendor’s responsibility to check the Parish website frequently for any possible addenda that may be issued.  The Parish is not responsible for a Vendor’s failure to download any addenda documents required to complete a submission.

Each Quote must be sealed.  In addition, the outside of the envelope, box or package containing the Quote should be marked with the following information.  Name and Address, State Contractor’s License Number (if the estimated cost of the work is $50k or more), Quote Number, and the Quote Name.  Quotes submitted without this information may be deemed non-responsive.

St. Tammany Parish Government is seeking responses for the following project:

RFP# 21-18-3 – Comprehensive Opioid Site-Based Program

This RFP is available online at http://www.stpgov.org. It is the Proposer’s responsibility to check the Parish website frequently for any possible addenda that may be issued.  The Parish is not responsible for a proposer’s failure to download any addenda documents required to complete an RFP.

Responses will be received by the Department of Procurement, until 2:00 p.m. CST Thursday, November 4, 2021.  RFP responses will be opened publicly at the physical location as stated in Section 1.4 of the RFP documents and only respondents who have submitted an RFP response shall be identified aloud.  Prices shall not be read.  Each response will be evaluated by designated Parish personnel after the submission deadline and public opening has passed.
