Mask Mandate Lifted

Effective today, October 27th, Governor John Bel Edwards’ mask mandate has ended, with the exception of K-12 schools for which decision is transferred back to the school districts.

Parish President Mike Cooper confirms that visitors to parish-owned buildings, public places and/or businesses within St. Tammany Parish will not be required to wear masks.  However, President Cooper does support citizens who choose to continue to wear masks or take any other precautions they deem necessary for themselves and their families
