Winter Weather Notice for Customers

Our area is forecasted to experience a hard freeze starting early Friday morning with temperatures expected to rarely be above freezing for the next few days. We are requesting our customers to conserve water during the freezing temperatures.
Please take precautions to protect your pipes now, especially in raised homes, by insulating exposed pipes, disconnecting outside hoses and by running a spaghetti-thin line of cold water on your faucet furthest from your service tap. Should you experience low pressure or a loss of water, please check your water line on the side of your home or business to make sure it is not frozen before calling customer service.
