Public Health

The Public Health (PH) program works with nonprofit organizations to provide wellness, behavioral health, and suicide prevention services to the residents of St. Tammany Parish.

The Mission of the Public Health program is to improve public health and behavioral health for all St. Tammany Parish residents through accessibility to high quality programs.

The Vision of the Public Health program is a St. Tammany Parish community where there is improved physical and mental well-being in all people.

General Health Services
Northshore Food Bank Dental Services – provides affordable dental services to income- qualified individuals. 985-871-3939
LSU-School of Dentistry – Offers a full range of dental services and procedures. Dental care is not provided free of charge, but fees in student clinics are significantly reduced from the cost of private dental care. 504-619-8770
